Audience-Directed Adventure
Students follow one boy through a day, helping him choose what and how he can eat, drink, and play. Emphasizing that students can make their own health-based choices, this program shows the benefits (and pitfalls) of the decisions young people make.
Make healthy choices
Students discover that small choices, like picking water over soda or juice, can affect how they feel. Healthy habits are simple to understand but tougher to stick with, so the focus is on taking one good step at a time. Every smart choice builds momentum and leads to long-term strength, real energy, and confidence they can feel
Staying active is fun
This high-energy performance brings music, movement, and nonstop engagement to the stage. Designed for students in kindergarten through sixth grade, it gets kids on their feet and involved from start to finish. Audience participation helps even shy students feel comfortable jumping in. Students don’t just watch something happen, they are learning by doing - our favorite way to learn!
