    Co-Founder

    Steve Lunger graduated from Temple University with a B.A. in Psychology, he is a certified Teaching Artist through Columbia University Teacher's college and is currently enrolled in Rutgers University's MBA program.

    A skilled dancer, lecturer, educator, and event organizer, Steve is passionate about empowering youth and the Hip Hop community. Check out this video of Steve talking about how he defines the term b-boy or b-girl.

    Mark Wong loves Breaking as much as he loves teaching. A Haverford College graduate, Metal is also a certified Teaching Artist, studying at the University of the Arts and Columbia University's Teacher's College.

    He is the lead Breaking instructor at MoveMakers Philly, and also independently pursues his own artistic performance endeavors.

    Ben Barnes is a 5x world champion with experience as a competitor, judge, and teacher in over 15 countries.

    A former sponsored athlete with Monster Energy, he has cemented his place as one of the most accomplished and respected b-boys in the world today. He also serves as an Elite Athlete Representative for Breaking For Gold USA and is playing a vital role in the introduction of breaking to the Olympic Games in Paris 2024.

    Omar aka Oskrelly has been a student of the art forms of Hip Hop for over a decade. A well-versed practitioner of both breaking and graffiti Omar brings a unique style to everything he does. A Philadelphia native, Omar is also recognized as a talented tattoo artist.

    Born and raised in Philadelphia, Tarrell Edwards is an amazing performer, educator, and dance competitor.

    Representing Illadelph Phlave and DSTRY Crew, Breeze travels and competes both nationally and internationally when he’s not breaking with HHF.

    Teaching Artist

    Bogdan Curca is a Teaching Artist and Breaker with over 20 years of dance experience and 14 years of teaching. His work bridges Hip Hop culture and education, using breaking as a tool for creative expression, discipline, and confidence.

    Originally from Romania, Bogdan has competed, performed, and taught internationally, leading programs in schools and studios that connect movement with mindset and personal growth. Currently based in Pennsylvania, he continues to share the values of Hip Hop, inspiring students to learn, move, and grow with purpose.

    Ismaael Rankin, known in his hometown of Philadelphia as Izzy or IzMAD, is an EMT by profession and a dancer and teacher with purpose. With over 14 years of experience, he is dedicated to sharing his skills and passion for Hip Hop with the community. Through his artistry, he seeks to inspire confidence, mindfulness, and cultural pride, sharing the transformative power of Hip Hop with as many people as possible.

    Mach Phive, also known as Christian Walker, is a Philadelphia-based breaker and cultural practitioner whose work situates the cipher as both performance and lived experience. He is affiliated with the crew Illadelph Phlave and actively participates in battles, events, and community initiatives throughout the city.

    Philadelphia-based breaker and member of Illadelph Phlave crew he has built a strong reputation in the city’s dance circuit, regularly competing and capturing trophies in the Northeast and beyond. With his dynamic style and commitment to the cipher and culture of breaking, Wizz contributes not only as a performer but as an ambassador for the art form in the Philadelphia community.
